I hate phone calls

Why recently so many phone calls! I hate hate hate answering phones and kept repeating myself again and again! Esp from india! They love to talk non-stop and it's so difficult for me to cut them. And i have to repeat questions like 1001 times before they can get it! ARGH. Yes, i is very racist!

And today at work.. also another ultimate one..

Someone called "Hi, my name is linda. May i know my application status?"
"May i know your full name pls?"
"HUH?"
"May i know your full name pls?"

and i repeated the question at least 5 times..............

before she replied:
"Oh, my application number?"

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I need a knife!!!
