Mont Blanc Starry nite jewellery show!


Jingli and i took some time before decided to go. Not an easy evening. I took an hour off after work. Met her at raffles, went Jantzen to blow hair, and went One fullerton's.... toilet to change and make-up. Kekekekeke.

Took a cab to Ritz and the driver.. aiyoh!!! Duno if he's impatient or he's scared we're late. Complained and complained abt the traffic jam. At one point, he saw the car drop off point. He got excited, decided to turn in and avoid some jam. Then "banged!".
Tamade.

I saw Jingli almost flying to my direction. My back hit the metal buckle on the seat belt behind me. PAIN! yah lah..we never put on seat belts lah.
"can you check if my tyre is punctured?" The driver said. Jingli opened the door unwillingly to check..
"yah"
Win liao lor.

He's kind enough to look out for cabs behind us lah. Happened to stop at a traffic light with an empty cab behind. We changed cab and he drove off to one corner to change tyre.
*faint*

And we thought we were late. It's still cocktail session lor!!

I think the flower i took is nicer lor. But cannot blame him also lah. He was already kind enough to take for us. Maybe he too pro, doesn't know how to use my ultra-compact camera. Sigh.

Finally, time to step into the dinner area...

Our seat, with the menu. First dish was baby lobster. *slurp*.

Then came this soup on plate, with one piece of something which looks like shit on it. So smelly! I told jingli. Yuan lai it's mushroom soup. That piece of shit-liked thing is mushroom. Yucks! Always hated mushroom! Tried the soup. Not bad lah. But i left the shit alone.

Next is lime sherbet on a very nice transparent and cold cup.

Main dish is something which the both of us doesn't eat. We doesn't seems to appreciate food! haha..
BEEF. Roasted beef.
Kan.
What to do... ate half a slice! Haha.. not too bad lah. But that doesn't change my mind on eating beef in future.

Lastly is the buffet dessert with showcase of the jewellery. Chio leh! But we find it too late for us to stay.... so we left without the dessert. argh!

It's only after the dinner that the show starts. The models are lovely! Very chio!! Of coz, the jewellery are chio too..

I love the first pendant can!! But there are diamonds on the side of the pendant, which will makes it expensive. Aiyoh, i dun wan the diamonds, just the pendant.. cheaper can!
